... growing an
eclectic range of choice plants |
|
Welcome! We are a deliberately small nursery in Southeastern
New England actively collecting,
propagating, and growing a diverse range of
plants. We focus on the
under-cultivated and garden worthy, and specialize in unusual perennials. A list of
plants we hope to have available in sufficient number may be accessed by using the link to the left. To open this file you will need the Adobe
Acrobat reader, which is free, and available
here,
if needed. As new plants are always
coming on and along, many other, unlisted, plants are available at the
nursery. We've decided to scale back on our wholesaling so as
to allow more time for our own plant breeding and selecting, not to mention
parenthood! We'll still be open by
appointment, and will probably have an open house or two, with dates and
details to follow. We also hope to
move into mail order , with plans for a "soft" roll-out this
Autumn. Additionally, we'll be at some regional plant sales:
Trade
Secrets in Connecticut,
the
North
Hill Symposium in Vermont, and a joint
Garden Conservancy/Hollister House
Garden
Study Weekend, also in Connecticut, and will be more than happy to bring along
specific plants if so requested Please understand that such is the nature of plants
that it is impossible to have all plants available all the time. If you have questions about specific plant
availability, please contact us - we are always happy to field any
inquiries. We employ strictly organic
pest controls, and are still striving to be peat free... |
